Graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law.

Forensic expertise
Senior laboratory assistant in a research laboratory at the Centre for Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan.
1994–1998
Postgraduate study and research
Part-time postgraduate study at the research institute for forensic expertise, criminology and criminalistics. PhD in Law.
1995–2000
Prosecutor’s Office
Worked within the prosecution authorities of Azerbaijan; economic crime matters were among the principal areas of work.
2000–2005
Academic work
Azerbaijan Western University: Senior Lecturer and Head of the Department of Law and Political Sciences.
2004
Start of attorney practice
Joined the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan and began practising as an attorney.
2008–2013
Judge
Judge of the Nasimi District Court of Baku.

Returned to attorney practice after judicial service. Currently practising with FİDES Law Office.
